VINE
Clematis (mixed varieties) CLEMATIS, ASSORTED
We
grow a good selection of varieties with a good choice of colors and flower
shapes and sizes. Some types of clematis bloom on new wood, some on old wood.
During extreme winter conditions, clematis can die back to the ground. If they
only bloom on old wood, they would not bloom, so we grow those varieties that
bloom on new wood. Pruning back to 12"-18" above ground in spring will insure a
vigorous and healthy vine. Zone 4.
